1. Use of the App
- Healthysm is provided for informational purposes only.
- You must be 13 years or older to use the App.
- You agree not to misuse, duplicate, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
- Healthysm offers in-app purchases including subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
- By subscribing, you agree to auto-renewal unless canceled 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
- All billing is handled through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and subject to their policies.
3. Health Disclaimer
- Healthysm does NOT provide medical advice. The analyses, ingredient scores, and recommendations in the app are for informational and educational purposes only.
- The content generated by the app should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions related to diet, health, or skincare.
- Allergen Warning: Healthysm does not guarantee the identification or disclosure of allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or fragrance allergens. Users with allergies should not rely solely on the ingredient data provided and should always verify product labels and consult healthcare professionals when needed.
- Neither Advereo Media LLC nor its partners are liable for adverse reactions, allergies, or damages arising from reliance on the information provided by the app.
4. Healthier Alternatives Disclaimer
- As part of the product analysis, Healthysm may suggest healthier alternatives either by:
- Recommending general ingredient guidelines to look for in healthier products, or
- Displaying the names of actual brands or products based on publicly available information.

- These suggestions are automatically generated using AI tools and public databases, and are not manually curated by Healthysm or Advereo Media LLC.
- We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the safety, efficacy, or accuracy of any alternative products, including third-party brands listed. The inclusion of a product name or brand does not imply a formal partnership or vetting process.
- Users are strongly advised to conduct their own research and consult qualified professionals before switching to any recommended alternative product, especially in the case of allergies, medical conditions, or specific health goals.
- Healthysm and Advereo Media LLC shall not be held liable for any adverse effects, inaccuracies, or damages arising from reliance on these AI-generated recommendations.
5. AI and Third-Party Limitations
- The AI (via Gemini) may produce incomplete or inaccurate information. We do not guarantee its accuracy.
- Ingredient data from OpenFoodFacts or OpenBeautyFacts may not always be complete or current.
- You acknowledge and accept that product analyses are based on third-party data and AI estimations.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate images.
- Use the app for fraudulent or malicious purposes.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited behavior. No refunds are guaranteed upon termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Advereo Media LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advereo Media LLC, its affiliates, and developers from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws.
